I use Valentine’s Day as a day to reach out to friends and say “HI, I LOVE YOU.”
So today I want to say the same to you.
Hi. Thank you and I love you.
I don’t know most of you, but in some way - big or small - you have helped me feel heard and seen.
I can’t tell you how much that means to me.
I know it takes energy to read these words, to absorb my joy, fear, hope, anxiety, and grief.
I hope that reading about my life has helped you hold a magnifying glass up to your own - to understand it better and to feel less alone in your thoughts - that is my intention here.
Thank you for making space for all my shit in your busy-ass life.
Thank you to those of you who have reached out with encouraging comments, comments of support, comments of concern.
Thank you to the of you who thought about reaching out with encouraging words but ended up deciding not to because you weren’t sure exactly how to word them without feeling like a weirdo (that’s how I would be).
Thank you to those of you who never even thought to write anything in response - listening is a virtue.
Reading, connectivity, communication - these are all forms of love.
Thank you for participating in these love forms with me.
Yes, this is corny and cheesy.
I encourage you to be unabashed in your expressions of love today and moving forward.
People need to hear it more than ever.
Love.
Orlando.

That's me (sorry). Love this and all of your posts. Happy Valentine's Day.
I love you…and your perfect little piggy princess…too 💜🐾
