I too have an Airbnb and it's located in the Adirondacks, so when people come up during the winter it is usually for skiing. We get a ton of snow in North country and it was a surprise to me that people wanted to use the grill also because there's a ton of snow outside! And I spend so much money just getting the driveway plowed that even if I could find someone to clear the area around the grill it wouldn't be feasible financially. I have enjoyed following along as you get the lodge ready for rentals. It's such a beautiful space and I've do doubt it will be very successful, but it is a lot of work! I just renewed my subscription so hope that helps a little.
