So many of us are still reeling from the pandemic and trying to adjust to a new working life. It had been swept under the carpet too quickly I think.

Do you have extra? It’s spendy to buy two of everything, but sooo much easier to change all the beds out , and then do the linens later when you don’t feel rushed. Towels too since they take forever to dry.

I'm working on getting this sponsored! It's exciting I'm getting REALLY luxe bedding! And I also plan to buy extras so it's easier to reset without having to do all the laundry at once. Great tip!

Alas, the "before" times are gone. It feels like this is our new baseline. Constant change, uncertainty, and anxiety... there's no going back now. :(

It's so relatable when you say you're waiting for your life to start and wondering where the time has gone. I notice that as I'm aging, I'm doing more examining of how I've spent my time, adjusting it now so that I am doing things intermittently that I think are luxurious or spontaneous, or are on my "bucket list," because I am getting to an age where I can't continue to push things off anymore. I'm arriving at the intersection of YOLO and ZERO FUCKS.

I'm glad you are enjoying the cleaning - I can imagine it's therapeutic, but happy you found some help because it will take a greater toll on you over time. Take care of yourself!

Really relatable, that last part. I have a lot to show for my time on earth and I still feel that way. I'm really leaning into the idea that just breathing is enough. Its always good to hear about you and I love that Londo is up and running and the neighbors may help cut that drive down to fewer trips.

Definitely felt the same. So many stupid disasters, so many messes, am the same age and thinking why on earth have I worked so hard? For what? When will things pay off?
